Shipping Policy

Your first letter will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of subscription. Subsequent monthly letters are sent at the beginning of each month.

Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days within the UK via Royal Mail First Class post.

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding our services.

If your letter doesn't arrive within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

For damaged items, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
