Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our stories. If you're not satisfied with your first letter, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
For annual subscriptions, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, prorated for stories already delivered.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of monthly subscriptions.
If you cancel an annual subscription after the refund period, you'll continue to receive stories until the end of your paid year.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@pillarbox-post.co.uk with your order number and reason for the refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
